Help developer

Yesterday I attempted to open the app and it just crashes (open and then closes immediately). I cant access it at all. Dont know if it is from last update, but friends of mine (who didnt complete the update) still have full access. Ive had the app for over two years and there is so much great data on there I hope I didnt lose it. Please help out another update in the App Store that will hopefully allow me to extract all the data. Thanks in advance.
